Who will I write to?

All members of the Pen Pal Club will be paired with a child who is at a similar level of age and ability.
Can I change my Pen Pal?

Of course! When uploading your letter, before posting, simply tick the option for a new Pen Pal!
Can I have more than one Pen Pal?

Absolutely. You can let us know that you'd like more than one Pen Pal via the upload form. When a suitable Pen Pal becomes available, you will be paired.
What if I am having difficulty posting on time?

If you'd like to post early or late, please be sure to drop us a message and let us know well in advance!
What if I am new to writing?

That's okay! Try sending a combination of drawings, fun prints, small gifts & colouring sheets instead.
